Western Health Foundation - WalkWest Initiative
Walk West Foundation is a fundraising initiative that helps raise funds for the care of patients in the west of Melbourne. The goal is to walk 42 km in 21 days while raising money. Each year the Western Health team helps up to 800,000 patients, with their care starting in the hospital but extending back to their homes.
